Spaghetti Sauce:

Brown hamburger and chopped onion, 3 cloves minced garlic, and diced green pepper.

In kettle add 1 quart jar tomatoes,
1-15-oz. tomato sauce
2 (6-oz.) cans tomato paste
1 T. parsley
little sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
about 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Stir in hamburger mixture
Sliced mushrooms (if desired)
A tad thyme

Cook 2-3 hours.
