(smile) Amish Friendship bread one cup flour one cup sugar one cup milk stir then let sit day 2, 3 ,4 just stir day 5 add the flour, sugar, and milk again day 6, 7, 8, 9 stir day ten add the flour, sugar, and milk again, then give one cup each to three friends. with the remaining add: 2/3 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 + tsp. cinnamon Pour into 2 well greased pans dusted with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 40 to 50 min. at 350 degrees. May add fruit and nuts..... If you want to keep a little started for later you can freeze one cup. I kept it for more than a year and just made some the other day and it was fine. Bon appetite
